At Tonino Lamborghini, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and protective wrapping, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the shipping carton.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the box and schedule a complimentary courier collection at your convenience.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
